Please review all policies carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from Ophirva, you agree to the terms below.

Processing Time

All Ophirva units are custom-made or prepared with care.

    •    Processing time: 5-10 business days
    •    Excludes weekends and holidays
    •    During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer


Shipping

    •    Standard shipping: 3–5 business days after processing
    •    Tracking details will be provided once shipped
    •    Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carriers


Pre-Orders

Items marked as Pre-Order may take:

    •    1–2 additional weeks before shipping


Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped:

    •    Responsibility transfers to the customer and shipping carrier
    •    Ophirva is not responsible for:
    •    Lost packages
    •    Stolen packages
    •    Delayed deliveries

All shipping issues must be resolved directly with the carrier.


Incorrect Address

    •    Customers must ensure shipping details are correct at checkout
    •    We are not responsible for incorrect addresses
    •    Orders returned due to wrong address:
    •    Will not be automatically reshipped
    •    Customer must place a new order


International Orders

    •    Customers are responsible for customs, duties, and taxes
    •    Refused or abandoned packages:
    •    No refund will be issued


Glue & Product Care Disclaimer

    •    Adhesives must be stored at room temperature
    •    We are not responsible for damage due to:
    •    Heat exposure
    •    Freezing during shipping
    •    Improper storage


Order Cancellations

Ophirva reserves the right to:

    •    Cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
