At Ophirva, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a transparent shopping experience. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Except where required by applicable law, Ophirva does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit for completed purchases.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this Final Sale Policy.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds, returns, and exchanges will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Failure to read product descriptions
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference
  • Shipping delays outside our control
  • Refused deliveries
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Promotional, discounted, clearance, or final sale items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify Ophirva within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

To submit a claim, please email ophirvamain@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item
  • Clear photographs of the packaging and shipping label

Failure to report the issue within 48 hours of delivery may result in denial of the claim.

Upon review and verification, Ophirva may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the item;
  • Issue a partial refund;
  • Issue a full refund; or
  • Issue store credit.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Ophirva’s responsibility for delivery is considered fulfilled.

Ophirva is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages after delivery
  • Stolen packages
  • Deliveries made to the address provided by the customer
  • Deliveries accepted by family members, neighbors, apartment offices, mailrooms, or building personnel

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery disputes.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before processing begins.

Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Refused Deliveries

Customers who refuse delivery of a shipped order remain responsible for all shipping charges, return shipping fees, handling costs, and any applicable restocking fees.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, customers agree to contact Ophirva first to attempt resolution of any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Ophirva reserves the right to challenge and dispute chargebacks using evidence including but not limited to:

  • Order confirmations
  • Payment authorization records
  • Shipping and tracking information
  • Delivery confirmations
  • Customer communications
  • Fraud prevention and verification data

Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in permanent restriction from future purchases.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ophirva’s total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product in question.
